Thirteen (13) candidates have successfully made it through the auditions of 2019 Live Inside and Win the Ride (LIWTR) reality show.

The thirteen candidates for the reality show (with official hashtag #WinTheRide19) were announced on May 29 on all Global Media Alliance Broadcasting Company (GMABC) platforms –Happy FM, YFM (Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi) and e. TV Ghana.

The finalists are Osei Boateng, Baffour Gyan Isaac, Nyalemegbe Raymond, Godfred Awaliga. The rest are, Gifty Eyram Holyfa aka EyramGH, Comfort Dogbe aka Maabee, Ada Atayobor, Jason Kwadwo Sankoh, Samuel Kofi Asare Asante aka King, Richmond Kofi Asare Zara Sulley, Selorm Dotse Kudiabor aka Demographix and Dennis Ananoore.

Speaking about the shorlisted candidates, Project Manager for LIWTR said ‘’We have auditioned about 800 people who registered to be part of the LIWTR19 from Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi. Out of that, 13 finalists have been shortlisted and have undergone medical screening, but only 5 can enter the coveted Renault Duster SUV to partake in the reality show.’’

She further entreated the general public to go on www.happyghana.com, www.etvghana.com and www.yfmghana.com or on the official Social Media pages of the show @wintheride across all platforms – to vote for their preferred candidate to be part of the top five (5).

‘’We have uploaded the profiles of all the thirteen finalists on our website and social media platforms for the general public to vote for their favourites to make it onboard the Renault Duster SUV. You can vote once on the website but on social media, you can like and share profiles of your favourite finalist as many times as possible,’’ she said.

Voting begins today, May 29 and will end on June 4, 2019. The top five will be announced and allowed to enter the ride on June 7.

The concept of LIWTR competition by Global Media Alliance Group, owners of YFM, Happy FM and e.TV Ghana, is to bring together five individuals from different backgrounds across the country to endure sitting together in a Renault Duster SUV. During that period, contestants are evicted till there is one person left. The ‘last man/woman standing’ wins the car.

The 2019 ‘Live Inside and Win the Ride’ reality show is sponsored by Premium Motors (Distributors of Renault in Ghana), Accra Mall, Le Banzini Restaurant, Pizza Inn, Chicken Inn and Creamy Inn, Equator Mobile Phones Ghana Limited, Telefonika, Yah, Omega Securities, Total Clinic, Ghanaweb and The Mall Pharmacy.
