West Ham United’s manager, David Moyes, is resolute in his approach and urges the club’s supporters to have faith in his well-thought-out strategy for handling Mohammed Kudus.
Despite mounting calls from fans to include the emerging talent Mohammed Kudus in the starting lineup, Moyes has consistently utilized the 23-year-old as a substitute in all five appearances.
Moyes’ choice regarding Kudus was validated during a pivotal moment in their recent clash against Newcastle United. The Ghanaian sensation came off the bench, making history with an 89th-minute equalizer. This crucial goal salvaged a point for the Hammers in a hard-fought 2-2 draw at the bustling London Stadium.
Addressing the situation, Moyes explained, “Mohammed (Kudus) is a long-term prospect for us, so there’s no rush to bring him into the starting lineup. The team is achieving positive results (so there’s no immediate need for changes). However, he has a significant role to play in our future.”
Kudus has been making a notable impact for West Ham United, not only in the Premier League but also in the UEFA Europa League, where he has already tallied two goals.
