Multiple award-winning Reggae/Dancehall & Afrobeats singer Ras Kuuku has openly declared that weed can be a profitably business venture in Ghana.
Speaking on Happy FM’s ShowbizXtra with Doctar Cann he said:
“Weed can be used for a whole lot of products. And when capitalised upon, it can also provide streams of income to individuals and boost the economy of Ghana.”
According to Ras, weed can be used for medicinal purposes as pain relief and can also be used in making toffees, cakes and other delicacies.
He indicated that capitalising on business opportunities that come with mass weed production can help reduce unemployment in the country.
Ras Kuuku is a strong critic with his music addressing social and economic issues facing Ghana and beyond. He is a vocal face of marijuana advocacy and legalization for medical and industrial exploits.
