Arsenal midfielder, Thomas Partey has urged his teammates to learn from the mistakes they made in their Premier League defeat to AFC Bournemouth.
The unbeaten run of the Gunners in the going Premier League season was ended at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday, October 19, 2024, after losing 2-0 to AFC Bournemouth.
After William Saliba’s red card, Arsenal were punished by Bournemouth with two second half goals from Ryan Christie and Justin Kluivert.
Partey speaking after the game urged his teammates to take valuable lessons from the game as the red card cost them three points at the Vitality Stadium.
“We have to learn from our mistakes and not let them happen again. We are working hard, we are trying to win our duels and sometimes these things happen.”
“We have to stick together because red cards can happen in games and we must learn from every mistake. Every time we have 11 players on the pitch, we always dominate the game.”
