The Electoral Commission has announced that they will not change the positions on the ballot paper ahead of the 2024 elections.
This comes after the disqualification of Ghana Freedom Party’s presidential candidate, Philip Appiah Kubi AKA Roman Fada from contesting in the elections.
Roman Fada according to EC boss Jean Mensa was disqualified over errors and illegalities in his application after he was nominated to replace the late Madam Akua Donkor.
Jean Mensa while announcing the decision said the EC said disqualifying Roman Fada doesn’t mean they will change the positions on the ballot paper.
“We are not changing positions on ballot paper,” Jean Mensa said at a press briefing on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
