
Swedish Allsvenskan giants Malmo FF has confirmed signing Ghanaian defender Banabas Tagoe on a short-term deal after impressing the technical handlers of the Eleda Stadion outfit during his trial sessions.
The 19-year-old Ghanaian, who is also the son of former Hearts of Oak midfielder Joe Tagoe, popularly known as Bobby Short sealed his move to the Swedish top-flight campaigners following successful trials for the past months.

The talented young lad, who is set to pen a three and half year contract with the club would be made to spend time with the U19 side for the 2023/24 football season for the duration of the short-term deal.
Banabas Tagoe is expected to be drafted into the youth team set up to assess his overall output to decide to hand him a long-term contract upon the expiration of his deal.
Meanwhile, Banabas Tagoe is yet to earn his international cap for Ghana on the international stage.
