Member of Parliament for the Gomoa Central Constituency, Kwame Asare Obeng popularly known as A Plus has revealed that he decided side with the NDC in Parliament because the leadership of the NPP is not serious.

According to him, he got a call from the leader of the NDC leadership in Parliament, Dr. Ato Forson a day after his election for him to join them but the NPP delayed before reaching out to him.

Kwame A Plus who was a known NPP member said he decided to join the NDC caucus because they had shown that they value him and know what he can do for them in the house.

“I’m telling you today that the NPP leadership is not serious at all, Ato Forson called me a day after the elections that he wants me to caucus with them but the NPP because of their arrogance didn’t come and even when they sent someone they denied it in public.”

“The NDC has shown that they are serious about the running of a country and they know what they are doing. They have proven that they know my worth and I will always go to where I am wanted and valued,” Kwame A Plus said.
Kwame A Plus, was sworn into office as Member of the 9th Parliament together with 273 others by Speaker Alban Bagbin on the morning of Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
