The GFA is yet to take a decision on the future of the season and have also notified the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) for an extension to decide on the season.
Yahaya Mohammed who was enjoying a brilliant season with Aduana Stars has advised the GFA to consider a lot of factors before truncating the season.
“They have to take a decision which will help Ghana football, not on any interest of a club, he told Ohene-Bampoe Brenya on Happy Sports on Happy 98.9FM.
“If we don’t take a decision in the interest of Ghana football it will have ripple effects. We should consider the investments these clubs have made. If there will be a compensation, then that’s fine”, he added.
Yahaya Mohammed scored 11 goals before the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season was suspended in March.
