Some of the NPP amendments were useless-John Boadu

The acting General Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu has explained that some of the amendments tabled at the just ended emergency conference in the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi were useless and lacks backing.
Some of the amendments have no basis of being factored on the table in the first place he noted.
The Acting General Secretary and National Organizer of the NPP made this comment in an interview with Kwame Afrifa-Mensah on the Epa Hoa Daben show on Accra-based Happy FM.
He said some of the amendments could not stand the test of time hence the delegates shooting it down.
According to him, some of the amendments were dead on arrival but it has to be tabled as the constitution of the party demands.
He said the emergency conference was for  a stated agenda and no other concerns can be smuggled inn.
So we dealt with the issues on board as political party he noted.
Imagine Members of Parliament choosing the personalities they want to work with as Chairmen at the constituency levels he said the chaos this will bring in the party.
So what happens when the MP fallout with the personality he had earlier chosen to work with  this recipe  for disster.
These amendments will just create more problems for the party going into an election he said.
