Remo Stars FC coach, Daniel Ogunmodede has expressed his anticipation for the upcoming fixture against Medeama SC describing his Ghanaian opponent as a dangerous team.
In an exclusive interview on Happy Sports, Remo Stars FC coach admitted to having little or no prior knowledge about Medema but acknowledged that they are not to be underestimated.
Ogunmodede acknowledged that the Ghanaian based club might not have the same household recognition as giants like Kotoko and Hearts of Oak, but he warned that this could make them an even more dangerous opponent.
“Despite not being considered a force to be reckoned with, their recent league victory by a points difference of 5 serves as a testament to their strength on the field,” he said.
Nevertheless, the Remo Stars coach remained undeterred and exuded confidence in his team’s capabilities. He hinted at having a strategic plan in place that would favor his squad in the crucial clash.
“They won the league with a points difference of 5, it mean they will be a very tough opponent but I have something that will favor my team going into this tie. I am a very experienced coach, and I’m looking forward to an entertaining fixture,” he added.
As the fixture approaches, fans of both teams are eagerly anticipating what promises to be an intense and riveting match on the pitch. Remo Stars FC supporters will be hoping that their coach’s expertise and confidence will lead the team to a triumphant performance against a resilient Medeama SC side.
