As part of contributions to support the fight against the novel coronavirus pandemic in Ghana, Ghanaian international, Rashid Sumaila, has donated some items to members of the Muslim community.
In a tweet earlier today, the footballer was seen presenting some veronica buckets, hand sanitizers, rolls of tissue and liquid soap to leaders of his community.
The tweet from the players personal handle read; “Supporting my people to follow the safety precautions against the virus. May Allah protect us all, together we can# let us all stay safe”
Rashid now joins the long list of Ghanaian footballers who have given out some items to support the government in its effort to kick out COVID-19.
