BET award-winning Ghanaian musician, Michael Owusu-Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie in the world of music has kept serving his fans with the best concert once every year since 2011 and promises to deliver this year too.

The genesis of the concert was during the launch of his second album, “Rapperholic”. Since then, the Rapperholic name has become an anticipated rap dominated music concert marked yearly.

The show has seen the likes of top music acts like: Efya, Keche, Trigmatic, EL, R2bees, VVIP, Guru, Kwaw Kese, Edem with other media personalities like: Sulley Muntari, Nana Ama McBrown, Kwesi Kyei Darkwah(KKD), Ama K. Abebrese and many others gracing the occasion.

After going back and forth on whether or not the most anticipated show in Ghana will hold, Sarkodie and his team have decided to still go on with the show amidst the possibility of a second wave of Covid19 pandemic.

The Ghanaian award winning rapper and his team have admitted to the fact that this year has been a tough one and despite everything, people still need to release some stress so, they have decided to go on with the long awaited show of the year.

The show is said to come off on Christmas, 25th December.

The rapper made this announcement in a video he posted on Twitter and asked his fans to anticipate and start the countdown as he’s doing this one specifically for them.
