Spokesperson for the Minister of Youth and Sports, Kofi Asare Brako in an interview with Ghana’s number one sports station Happy FM has revealed that President Nana Akufo-Addo urged Ghana FA boss Kurt Okraku to ensure the Ghana Premier League returns.
Kofi Asare Brako was present at the meeting between the president Nana Akufo-Addo and Kurt Okraku at the Jubilee House on Wednesday, when the newly elected FA boss paid a courtesy call on the leader of government.
In an interview on Happy FM’s Anopa Bosuo Sports, Kofi Asare Brako gave a summary of the meeting between president Nana Addo and Kurt Okraku held at the Jubilee House.
He said that the president offered his unflinching support for the new administration led by Kurt Okraku.
Also he indicated that the president urged the Ghana FA boss to ensure the Ghana Premier League returns.
His Excellency tasked GFA boss to ensure all the national teams are revamped and competing in international competitions as well as win the love Ghanaians had for the Black Stars some time ago.
