President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has officially appointed Frank Annoh-Dompreh, Majority Chief Whip and Member of Parliament for Nsawam Adoagyiri, as the new Board Chairman of the Road Fund Management. In a letter signed by Ambassador Nana Asante Bediatuo, Secretary to the President, this appointment as stated in the letter, solidifies Annoh-Dompreh’s position as the leader of the Road Fund Management Board, tasked with overseeing the affairs of the organization.
His appointment as Board Chairman of the Road Fund Management is made in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Road Fund (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 909), which empowers the President to appoint a Chairman to lead the Board.
