Ghana’s Black Meteors held it first training session in Cairo ahead of the upcoming Africa U-23 Cup of Nations to be staged in Egypt.
The Ghanaian contingent made up of 19 players, technical staff and some officials arrived in Cairo on Monday evening.
The team has it switched it focus to their opening game against Cameroon on Friday at the Cairo International Stadium.
Ghana has been paired in Group A alongside host Egypt, Mali and Cameroon.
