Head of Communication and Acting Administration manager for Division One side Nzema Kotoko FC , Mumuni Tijani, has said that the team’s target is to win the NC Tie 2 ultimate and represent Ghana in CAF Confederation Cup
Nzema Kotoko trashed Liberty Professional in the round of 32 in a penalty shootout at Cal Rendolf park in the NC Tie 2 to booked the semifinal slot.
They will face unbeaten home side Kpondo Heart of Lions in the semifinals at thr Kpondo Park this weekend.
In an exclusive interview on Happy FM’s ‘Anopa Bosuo Sports’, Mumuni said “we want to represent Ghana in the CAF Confederationon cup so we have to win the ultimate.”
“We came to this tournament not just to participate, rather to play. Our target is the ultimate, the ultimate is to play the final and come out to represent Ghana in the CAF confederation cup.
So we are in the quarter finals which we are facing Heart of Lions on Sunday. By his grace we shall go through. Our target is to get the ultimate and Africa confederation cup is our target,” he said.
