The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has reinforced its anti-corruption mandate to safeguard the integrity of Ghana’s 2024 general elections.
The OSP has pledged to prevent, control, and address corruption, fraud, and unfair practices that could compromise the electoral process.
In a statement issued on Monday, December 2, 2024, the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng emphasized the legal implications of falsifying election results, cautioning officers responsible for vote counting, collation, transmission, and publication against engaging in such illegal activities.
