Owner and manager of Rufftown Records, Ricky Nana Agyeman aka Bullet has disclosed why some members we used to know on the label are no longer there.
Speaking in an interview with DJ Advicer on HappyFM’s Ayekoo Drive, he said “Ogee The MC was not officially working for RuffTown. He just introduced Ebony to me and he is a hype man. I gave him the opportunity to showcase his talent but he was not signed unto RuffTown”.
Asked why he did not sign Ogee The MC,Bullet said, “I don’t sign Hype Men. But officially, Ogee The MC came on board when Wendy Shay was signed and during December, he all left. It’s been months he left”.
“What is difficult with artist management is making an artiste known. So I build the artiste before I add people to join. The Late Ebony released 5 songs before I brought Allen Kofi Anti on board. I appreciate everyone’s work”.
Ogee The MC, is the hypeman of Ebony Reigns throughout her time with Rufftown Records and it is believed that he introduced Ebony Reigns to Bullet
