The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced a mandatory shift to a cashless payment system which is on line with the government’s initiative to modernize revenue collection.
According to NSA, all user agencies and stakeholders are required to make payments, including the 20% and 10% administrative service charges, through the GHANA.GOV platform immediately.
“Payments can be made 24/7 from anywhere in Ghana by visiting www.ghana.gov.gh or dialing *222# on all mobile networks”.
This transition to digital payments is designed to offer greater transparency, convenience, and accessibility for those working with the NSA.
The NSA encouraged all stakeholders to adopt the digital payment system to support Ghana’s goal of establishing a cashless economy.
