National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for Ketu North, Eric Edem Agbana has leveled allegations against the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government. In an interview with an Accra-based radio station monitored by Happyghana.com, Agbana asserted the NPP assumed power with malicious intentions to financially plunder Ghana.
Agbana emphasized the NPP has transcended incompetence and is instead, deliberately working to undermine the nation. He clarified that incompetence implies a willingness to deliver, but lack of capacity. However, the NPP’s actions indicate a calculated effort to harm Ghana.
As evidence, Agbana cited the $58 million National Cathedral project, which he believes serves no national interest. This wasteful expenditure, he argued, exemplifies the NPP’s destructive agenda.
With these assertions, Agbana condemned the NPP government, stating they have progressed beyond incompetence to deliberately sabotaging Ghana’s progress.
