No One Donated A Kidney to Me – OJ Blaq

Ghanaian Hiplife musician OJ Blaq known in real life as Andy Alexander Nii Akrashie, has stated that, no one donated a kidney to support him when he was suffering from kidney failure.
According to OJ Blaq, who was down with kidney failure some years ago, none of his family members donated a kidney to support him.
Speaking on Happy FM’s Showbiz Xtra, OJ Blaq said “Nobody donated his kidney to me, people just talk. Donating kidney is not a common thing; before you donate you have to check if you have the same type with the person so you can’t just donate.”
“No family member, musician or any of my friends donated kidney to me, hence God gave me fresh kidney. I am now strong, I now go to the gym,” he said on Happy FM.
OJ Blaq has now moved from a Hip life artiste to a gospel artiste after God saved him from his kidney failure condition.
OJ Blaq gained attention for his 2009 street anthem, ‘Chale Wote’ featuring Captain Planet and hiplife artiste, Asem. He was subsequently signed on to Lynx Entertainment.
Afterwards, he got featured in popular television series, ‘Sun City’ alongside Van Vicker, Ekow Smith-Asante and the late Suzzy Williams.
OJ Blaq has currently released a gospel song titled ‘His Presence’ under the Oracle of Jesus record label.
