The National Democratic Congress (NDC) says it has agreed to campaign for a ‘No’ vote ahead of the December 17 referendum.

According to the largest opposition party, a ‘Yes’ vote as advocated by some Ghanaians, no less the President, will open district assemblies and unit committees to “the needless NDC-NPP polarization”.

This decision was taken at the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting last Thursday.
