One of the four flagbearer aspirants of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Ernest Kwaku Kobeah, has resigned from the contest.
He says he is throwing his support to former President John Dramani Mahama.
He was one of two aspirants who appeared before the Vetting Committee on Tuesday.
Former Finance Minister Dr Kwabena Duffuor took about one-and-a-half hours to go through the vetting process.
However, businessmen Ernest Kobeah took less than an hour.
