Tudu Mighty Jets head coach, James Francis says the biggest challenge he has faced coaching at the lower tier is playing on bad pitches.
The English coach was speaking in an interview with Happy FM after Wednesday’s game against Tema Youth which ended in a draw.
“The condition of the pitches doesn’t help teams that will want to try and keep possession of the ball.
I understand it is difficult to maintain and difficult to keep the surface but that is for me the most difficult I have encounter in this field”.

“More confident to play possession football which will therefore improve division one and improve Ghana premier league and also improve the Ghanaian players if the fields were to improve”.
