Military Commander cautions Ghanaians against inciting violence in December 7 Election

Lieutenant Colonel, Jacob Codjoe, Commanding officer of Achiase Jungle Warfare has emphasized that the military will beat anyone tries to incite violence in the December 7 election in Achiase and it’s environs.

According to him, if the military is invited by the police to help restore order, they will deal with those responsible ant chaos..

Speaking at a peace concert organized by Salvation Army Church – Ghana at Akyem Oda, under the theme “seek peace and pursue it”, the Commander said the military is ever ready to act against any election related violence accordingly.

“I’m telling you here that, I will only come in this 7th December within Akyemansa enclave, and when I come, I will not talk, I will beat you. I always want people to try me so those of us seated here can try and see what will happened on that day.

He however encouraged voters to be disciplined and adhere to electoral laws to ensure peaceful conduct during the election.
