GN Savings and Loans and Ideal Finance are part of the 23 banks whose licenses have been revoked by the Bank of Ghana.
The affected institutions include Ideal Finance, GN Savings and Loans, First Allied Savings and Loans, ASN Financial Services, Midland Savings and Loans, IFS Financial Services, Unicredit Savings and Loans and Women’s World Banking Savings and Loans.
Mr. Eric Nipah is the appointed receiver for the specified institutions whose licenceses has been revoked.

Eric is a Director in the Forensic practice in Ghana, with over 16 years experience in Finance and Accounting and has been with PwC for over ten (10) years working on insolvency and forensic assignments.
Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Eric worked in the UK office of Global Business Consultancy services as a Management Consultant. His experience cuts across fraud investigations, anti-bribery & corruption (FCPA & UKBA) reviews, Corporate Intelligence, dispute analysis, governance, risk and compliance reviews, risk assessment, financial reconciliation and independent business reviews.
He earned a B.A. (Hons) Social Sciences Degree from the University of Science & Technology, Ghana and an MBA in Business Finance from the University of Humberside and Lincolnshire, UK. He is also a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (GARIA).
