Medeama’s Ofori Antwi should have made the Black Stars squad ahead of Richard Attah- Tony Lokko

Inter Allies coach, Tony Lokko says Medeama’s goalkeeper, Eric Ofori Antwi, should have made the Black Stars squad for the 2021 AFCON qualifier against Sudan ahead of Hearts goalkeeper, Richard Attah.

Lokko stated that Ofori has gone through the meal with the junior national teams and has more experience than the Hearts of Oak goalkeeper who is just having a good season with the Phobians, since he joined from Elmina Sharks.

Ofori has been one of the most outstanding goalkeepers in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.

Speaking to Odi Asempa Kwame Oware on Wamputu Sports, on Happy FM, on the issue he said, “Eric Ofori should have made the Black Stars squad. He has the experience because he has gone through the meal. He is performing very well in the league and I think he should have made the list instead of Richard Attah”.
