Ghanaian dance-hall musician, Epixode, has reiterated that what has really added to his brand as Epixode is maturity.
Speaking in an interview with Foster Romanus on the Late Nite Celebrity Show, he explained that the kind of songs he is putting out now are songs that can stand the test of time and not songs that will be enjoyed only for a short period.
Replying to why he is not seen much on the screens lately, he replied, ‘‘Some of us are not doing music because we want to get the girls or because we want to be out and about but because we want to leave a legacy. That is why I say it comes with the maturity; the kind of vibes in a song’’.
‘‘We will still do the party songs but I think sometimes, we have to look at the longevity of an artiste and the kind of image or status you would want to leave’’, he concluded.
