Renowned Marriage Counselor, John Boakye, has advised couples who are yet to marry to be sure of their decision before going into it.
According to him, marriage is not child’s play and not a journey one can exit at any given time hence they should be sure before tying the knot.
In a counseling session with registered couples in the upcoming 2024 Happy FM Mass Wedding he said, “There are a lot of unsuccessful marriages because the couples lack this knowledge. Once you marry, your partner should be the most important person in your life because that is God’s plan, for the couple to live together as one flesh”.
He explained that before people decide to marry, they should be aware that marriage is for life before proceeding with it.
“You shouldn’t go into marriage with the mindset of coming back home if something goes wrong. Makeup your mind that you’ll be with your partner no matter the situation. If you know you can’t do this don’t marry because marriage is for life” he cautioned.
