The Deputy Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Atwima Nwabiagya South constituency, Abdul Rasheed has stated that Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia lacks the intellectual capacity and credibility to engage in a debate with former President John Dramani Mahama.

Rasheed ridiculed Dr. Bawumia, portraying him as a comical figure, and advised against taking him seriously, suggesting that his statements are often devoid of substance and merit.

Rasheed contended that instead of calling for a debate, Bawumia should focus on addressing the country’s pressing economic issues, such as the struggling cedi, which has been plagued by inflation and devaluation under the current administration.

Furthermore, Rasheed urged the people of Atwima Nwabiagya South to exercise their democratic right and vote against the NPP government in the upcoming December 7 elections, in order to create an opportunity for the NDC to bring about positive change and development to the constituency, which has been neglected by the incumbent government.
