Communications Director of Ghana Premier League side, Legon Cities Football Club, Kwame Dwomoh-Agyemang has disclosed the club’s exciting plans for the upcoming 2023/24 season.

In an interview on Happy Sports, he revealed that the team is gearing up to kickstart their preseason training in the Oti Region.

This announcement follows the recent appointment of Paa Kwesi Fabin as the new head coach of Legon Cities FC. Fabin steps into this role with a wealth of experience and determination, taking over from Maxwell Konadu who decided to embrace a new challenge at Nsoatreman Football Club.

Coach Fabin signed a promising two-year contract with the Royals, promising an exciting era for the club’s supporters.

He came close to leading Aduana Football Club to league triumph in the previous season. Unfortunately, victory slipped from their grasp in the latter part of the campaign. Undeterred by the near-miss, the 64-year-old coach commenced his new journey with Legon Cities FC fully committed to steering the team to success.

As the new season is on the horizon, Legon Cities FC has strategically chosen the Oti Region as the destination for their preseason training.

The serene environment of the Oti Region is expected to provide the perfect backdrop for the team to hone their skills and set their sights on a triumphant season.

They will host Karela United in their match week 1 fixture of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.
