Vice Presidential candidate of the Alliance for Revolutionary Change and Movement for Change, Ernest Kwame Owusu Danso has emphasized his commitment to strong and transparent leadership, public accountability, and good governance alongside Alan Kyerematen.
In his acceptance speech, Lawyer Danso acknowledged that he is not an economist and lacks significant titles, bu he is not a mere appendage to a political ticket.
He expressed his gratitude to Mr. Kyerematen and the Movement’s leadership for trusting him with this important position.
He reflected on his personal experiences, noting that he has lived through the very challenges he aims to address with Mr. Kyerematen. He shared that he has walked the streets of Ghana, witnessing firsthand the struggles of the youth and experiencing the adverse effects of poor governance.
He expressed empathy for those who feel marginalized and underestimated, stating that he understands the pain of being counted out.
As a passionate youth leader, he pledged to support Alan Kyerematen in championing policies that promote economic employment and job creation.
Together, they plan to implement a transformational agenda aimed at improving education, healthcare, and other critical areas for the betterment of the Ghanaian society.
