Former Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah has applied for the vacant head coach position, Happy Sports can report.
The 62-year-old has been in charge of the team on two occasion and is looking forward to a third stint.
Appiah was relieved off his dutied in 2019 after his contract expiration by the Kurt Okraku-led administration.
The former Asante Kotoko captain is open to a return to the senior national team and made his intentions clear in an interview with Dan Kwaku Yeboah TV.
“The fact that I have not come out to say I have stopped coaching if the opportunity comes and I can help why not”.
“Once coaching is my destiny if I’m approached and I can help why not,” Coach Kwesi Appiah disclosed.
In a video sighted by Happy Sports, Kwesi Appiah confirmed he has applied for the job.
