Kumasi-based road contractor Kofi Job Gyebi has sued Frank Kwaku Appiah, aka Appiah Stadium, a serial caller of the NDC at the Kumasi High Court for defamation.

The CEO of Kofi Job Company Limited seeks GHc 5 million in damages, claiming that a video circulated by Appiah Stadium on social media, including TikTok has harmed his reputation and caused embarrassment.

Kofi Job is demanding a retraction, apology, and and amount of GHc 5 million from Appiah Stadium.

This case which has generated significant attention in Kumasi aims to uncover the truth behind the allegations and could set an important precedent for defamation cases in Ghana, emphasizing the need for responsible speech and reputation protection.
