Kofi Atta Kakra Kusi is GTA Best Performing Staff

The Ghana Tourism Authority has honored the Deputy Head of Corporate Affairs, Kofi Atta Kakra Kusi as Corporate Affairs’ Best Performing Staff.

The award ceremony which was held at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), on Wednesday ,December 20, 2023, climaxed the 50th anniversary of the authority and marked the celebration of all staff who have made remarkable efforts in making Ghana a globally anticipated tourism destination.

Kofi Atta Kakra Kusi was recognized for his hard work, service and dedication to the motherland. He relentlessly pushes ‘Beyond The Return’ initiative and stands as a firm advocate for the #DestinationGhana agenda.

The award certificate which was presented by the Board Chair of the Ghana Tourism Authority, Seth Adjei Baah marks an evident recognition of Kusi’s impeccable strides to making Ghana a globally preferred tourism destination.

Appreciation

Kofi Atta Kakra Kusi expressed his gratitude, stating, “I am pleased to receive this recognition and share this moment with my esteemed colleagues. It is a testament to the collective effort and commitment of the entire Corporate Affairs team.”

Mr. Kusi is a PR and Marketing Practitioner with vast experience in his field of expertise. As a Pan –Africanist, Nationalist and Cultural Activist, he believes that people of African descent must have common interest and should be unified through culture, traditions and heritage.

He holds two (2) Masters Degrees; one is Master of Arts Degree in Public Relations from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ), now the University of Media, Arts and Communications and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Methodist University Ghana, which is complimented by a certificate from the School of Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
