Communications Director for the Ghana Football Association, Henry Asante Twum has confirmed that coach Ibrahim Tanko’s men (Black Meteors) will be joined by three more Black Stars players—Kamaldeen Sulemana, Ernest Nuamah and Ranford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer.

Henry Asante Twum disclosed this to Happy Sports in an interview.
Following the announcement of a provisional 29-man squad, the Black Meteors left Ghana for Egypt yesterday.
They arrived in Egypt earlier today to continue their preparations ahead of AFCON U-23 Championship in Morocco.
Ghana beat Algeria in the final round of qualifiers 2-1 on aggregate thanks to a goal each in the two legs from Fatawu Issahaku which sealed Ghana’s place in the tournament.
The Black Meteors will play a pre-tournament friendly with Egypt on Thursday as part of a few scheduled warm-up matches to keep them in shape for the tournament.
They will compete with the host of the tournament—Morocco, Congo, and Guinea in Group A.
With an Olympic spot available for the first three at the end of the tournament, the Ghana U-23 team will aim to bounce back to the global championship having missed out since 2004.
The tournament will take place in Morocco from June 24 to July 7, 2023.
