Aston Villa attacker, Jordan Ayew is expected to lead the lines for Ghana’s Black Stars as they come up against a highly disciplined and motivated DR Congo side in the quarter-finals of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
The game which comes-off at 4pm today (Sunday), will also see Afriyie Acquah start his first game in the tournament while Thomas Partey, who has had a blistering tournament so far, will play in a more advanced role against The Leopards.
Daniel Amartey will move back to defense after playing in midfield in Ghana’s last group game against Egypt last Wednesday.
