Jordan Ayew declares ‘war’ on Crystal Palace ahead of Leicester City’s visit to Selhorst Park

Black Stars striker, Jordan Ayew has promised to defend the colors of Leicester City against his former club Crystal Palace.

According to Jordan Ayew, he spent his years at Selhorst Park which will make his return emotional but that will not let him show mercy to the Eagles on Saturday, September 14, 2024.

Jordan told the press at a pre-match conference that he has a unfinished business with some people at Crystal Palace but he will say his proper good byes after the game.

“It will be strange because I was there for six years, and it was my home. Obviously, I’m going to meet a lot of people who I didn’t get to say goodbye to properly, and it’s going to be emotional, but I have to defend my new colours,”

“When the game starts, I have no friends until after the game. I’m going to make sure that we get three points or at least one, and perform well as a team to keep our fans happy,” he added.

Jordan Ayew hasn’t scored for Leicester City in the Premier League since joining the Foxes in the summer and will be hoping to find his scoring boots against Crystal Palace.
