GFA Decides: Nana Yaw Amponsah reveals to pay 50% of referees allowances before games

President of ‘Phar Rangers’ football club Nana Yaw Amponsah is advocating for investments in the youth.

He made these comments in his opening remarks at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) presidential debate. ”

I am going to enroll our leagues on international platforms, invite sports business people to interact with clubs
We have to develop the players well for the international market. I will invest in the future of the youth” he stated.

Nana Yaw Amponsah is seeking the mandate of the one hundred and twenty(120) delegates who will converge at the GFA elective College on the 25th of October, 2019 to elect a substantive president to take over from the Normilization Committee (NC) of Ghana.

The other four candidates who participated in the Happy FM-led presidential debate are Amanda Clinton, Fred Pappoe, Kurt E.S. Okraku, and George Ankomah Mensah.

These five (5) candidates are part of the in-person showdown at the College of Surgeons and Physicians and are expected to answer questions that seek to elicit solutions-based responses.

Nana Yaw Amponsah believes among his opponents he is the most likely candidate to ascend the throne since he is the only candidate who cannot be associated with the current dying state of football.
According to him, he is the true symbol of change from the old order.
