I’m broke, I’ve not been paid for three months – Gyan tells court in marriage annulment case

Asamoah Gyan, the captain of the Ghana Black Stars left the Accra Family Court dumbfounded after he told the court hearing his annulment case against his wife, Gifty Gyan that he is broke and he has not been paid in months.

When the court ordered Asamoah Gyan to make sure he provides air ticket preferably Business Class or 1st Class ticket for the wife, and 3 children who are in the UK to return to Ghana for the DNA test he is demanding, Gyan told the court he can’t afford the ticket because he has no money.

The rich man who lives in a 3 million dollar mansion among others claims he has not been paid in months and he can only afford a commercial ticket.

The court ordered he provides the tickets and a befitting accommodation for the family throughout their stay in Ghana for the process without delay.

This was after Asamoah Gyan has previously told the court he has no money and can only afford a monthly upkeep of GH¢3000 for his wife and 3 children who live in the United Kingdom.

But according to reports, the wife has not gone for the money since August Asamoah supposedly started paying the GH¢3000 he can afford.
