
Former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), Kwabena Adu-Boahene says he is innocent of the allegations levelled against him. Adu Boahene is accused of embezzlement, fraud, and illicit financial transactions.
Adu-Boahene who was present at the Accra High Court for hearing today, was engaged by reporters who sought his remarks regarding the matter. “I have not been charged of anything yet; none whatsoever.” he said.
Accused of diverting millions of Ghana cedis from state funds into personal accounts during his tenure as NSB Director-General, which spanned 2017 to February 2025, Adu Boahene believes that he will prove his innocence as the trial proceeds.
