Nottingham Forest winger, Callum Hudson-Odoi has shut the door on possibly switching allegiance to play for the Black Stars of Ghana.
According to Callum Hudson-Odoi, if he gets another chance to return to the England team, he will go and prove himself.
The son of Bismarck Odoi, a former Accra Hearts of Oak player has been on the radar of the Ghana Football Association for years but he has declined every call up.
“If the possibility and chance come [for me to return to England], I will have to go there and prove myself,” he told the BBC.
Callum Hudson-Odoi played for the Three Lions of England in 2019 while playing for Chelsea as a 19-year-old.
He is now hoping to return to the England team under Thomas Tuchel who coached Odoi at Chelsea.
