President John Dramani Mahama has expressed his willingness to be used by God as a vessel to transform the nation’s fortunes.
He made this revelation when he worshipped at the Cedar Mountain Chapel of Assemblies of God, East Legon, Accra, on Sunday where he was received by Reverend Stephen Wengam, General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana.
“My prayer is, God use me as your instrument. It is you who brought me to this place. It is you who will let me serve your purpose”. He said.
He noted that, his purpose is to serve Ghanaians and make sure that the fortunes of this country turn around for everybody’s life better.
Reverend Wengam commended President Mahama and his wife, Lordina, for their encouragement and support during his Divine mission to establish the Cedar Mountain Chapel.
He noted that the Assemblies of God community, both in Ghana and abroad, takes pride in having four Presidents, including President Mahama, whom he honored as the church’s “First Fruit President.”
