Former Hearts of Oak Commercial Manager Charles Kwarteng has dragged the team to court over unpaid allowances and bonuses.
In a suit sighted by Happyghana.com, Charles Kwarteng wants the team to pay him all entitlements after being relieved off his post.
Kwarteng is praying the court compels the club to pay him the following, unpaid salary for the month of August, 2021, unpaid fuel allowance for 17 months of the 24 months I worked with them.
Compensation for the use of his private car to run officials duties for 24th months because the club failed to provide him with official vehicles as stipulated in his contract.
Settle all unpaid tier two pension contributions for 24 months and also provide him with the details of the pension fund manager.
