Happy Sports on Happy FM nominated for 2019 RTP awards

Happy FM, Ghana’s number one sports station, has received a nomination for this year’s Radio and Television Personality (RTP) Awards for its tremendous work in sports in the media space.
The station’s ‘Happy Sports’ show got nominated for the Radio Sports Program of the Year.

The ‘Happy Sports’ show covers ‘Anopa Bosuo Sports’ which airs every weekday from 6:00 am to 10: 00 am, ‘Wamputu Sports’ which runs from 5:00pm to 6:00pm every week, ‘Weekend Sports’ which is broadcasted every Saturday from 6:00 am – 7:00 am and on Sunday mornings, from 6:00am – 7:00am, the ‘Happy Sports Titbit Around the World’, and the ‘Final Whistle’ aired at 5:00pm – 6:00pm each and every Sunday.

“It is an honour for our efforts and spectacular sports programming to be noticed. This nomination and award have been long in coming and we [Happy FM] will keep on giving you the best in sports updates and analysis. On Happy Sports, we do not just talk about who scored how many goals, but we allow room for discussions and consensus building”, said Programs Manager of Happy FM, Mr. Emmanuel Akrumah.

Living by its reputation of providing nothing but the best thought provoking sports analysis show, Happy FM is looking forward to bag the award.
