Guinness World Records hints Ronaldo as potential ‘oldest scorer at European Championships’ record breaker

The official X page of world record moderation and globally recognized record platform, Guinness World Records (GWR) has indicated that Christiano Ronaldo stands a chance of becoming European Championships oldest scorer.

The current record holder for the globally patronized football league is Ivica Vastic who has remained in the prestigious position since 2008. The Austrian player made the record on June 12, 2008 at 38 years , 357 days old.

GWR in an initial post expressed sentiments of daring Christiano Ronaldo by saying, “Ronaldo when he realises he won’t break the world record for the oldest goal scorer at a European Championships.” , which was later debunked by an assuring comment which stated, “Okay he has another chance; it’s all okay.”

Meanwhile, Christiano Ronaldo off his record-extending sixth European Championship after a failed attempt on Monday despite Portugal’s 3-1 win against Slovania, prepares for a defining match as Portugal’s instrumental striker, against France.

this Friday, standing as one of the several players who can become the oldest goalscorer at a European Championship.

The 39-year-old, should his balls find the net in this summer’s fixture against France, will surely make him Euros oldest goal scorer.
