Greater Accra Regional Football Association has expressed its grievances about how Dr Kofi Amoah and normalisation committee have treated them in the launch of the RFA special competition at Accra Sports Stadium
And the organisers of the competition have expressed their disappointment in the normalization committee for the lack of financial support over the competition.
Chairman of the RFA, Mr George Aforklenyuie said they drew a pragmatic program and it’s relating budget covering all Second Division Clubs, Third Division, Juvenile and Women Soccer in the Region to the NC for Approval and Sponsorship.
Speaking to the media at the launch of the Greater Accra Division 2 Special Competition, the Chairman of the Organising Committee, George Aforklenyuie, said, “we are very disappointed in Dr Kofi Amoah”

“After waiting so long a time, we were shocked and dismayed, when the NC made it clear that there was no money to help us” he added.
He also added that letters have been sent to almost all the MPs under the GT. Accra Region for support as well as many other institutions for help but none has responded yet.
The Tournament is scheduled to kick off this weekend with a total of 86 teams are expected to take part in the tournament.
