The Aggrieved customers of Gold Coast Fund Management have threatened a series of nationwide protests if Finance Minister Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam does not fulfill his commitment to release their funds.
The group had initially planned a protest for Monday, August 5, but postponed it after discussing their demands with the Minister.
The group says they have been assured that their funds will be paid in August.
Convenor of the group, Charles Nyame, emphasized that this is their final deadline. He clarified that their actions are not politically motivated, and they are solely focused on retrieving their money.
Nyame warned that if the government fails to meet this deadline, they will organize continuous demonstrations until their full amount is refunded and will refuse any further negotiations.
