Online users claim that the woman was allegedly left in the bush by an ambulance crew from the Trauma and Specialist Hospital in Winneba, sparking outrage and calls for investigation on social media.

The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has issued a statement, signed by its Director-General, Patrick Kuma-Aboagye, confirming that an investigation is underway to verify the truth behind the allegations. The aim is to determine the facts and take necessary action, in accordance with established public service protocols.
