Former Ghanaian sprinter, Leonard Myles Mills says he has high hopes for the men’s 4X100 relay team at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
According to the former Ghana’s fastest man, he doesn’t see anything stopping this team.
He however said slight mistakes in Tokyo and an error from officials in Birmingham cost the team dearly and he believes that they have the potential to get to the finals because they are one of the best ranked teams.
“I don’t see anything stopping us than ourselves because one single mistake can bring down everything.”
“My goal for them is to make the final and anything can happen from them because on paper they are ranked 7th and they have been together since 2019 so they can do it,” Mills said on Happy Sports.
